How do I block people from accessing my yahoo address book to forward their spam to my contacts?

I keep receiving junk emails from people I don’t know and now they are using my email address to forward their spam to all my contacts. How do I stop them from doing this and also from accessing my address book? http://bit.ly/rupHq4
