87 t-bird turbo coupe transmission?

I have a 87 t-bird turbo coupe automatic about 140,000 miles on. The transmission does not shift from 2nd to 3rd, only rpm goes up when I put a gas pedal on. What do you suggest? Go to Amoco or Cottoman and rebuild it, or go to junk yard and get low milege transmission, or [...] http://bit.ly/ojNAb4
