anyone know how an xsmall adult halloween costume runs?

does anyone know how an x small adult halloween costume runs?? cause i wear a size 1 and i called and they said a xsmall is a 3-4 …..and i dont wanna order it if its way too big and they dont have it in any of the stores and its 100 dollars http://bit.ly/pv066j
