I had a question about audio books for MP3s?

Supposedly there’s a way to download audio books onto an MP3 but I forgot how to do that. Does anyone know where I can find out? Also, just as a thought, I have a dramatization of a book series, and I think I can add it to my MP3 but don’t know if I can. http://bit.ly/nN00NB
