I'm flying n2 Manila on China Air and transferng to Philippine Airlines 2 Cebu, do i have to change terminals?

I know the old building is the International terminal, Philippine Airlines have their own, and the domestic terminal is bout 5 taxi cab minutes away. If i have to change terminals, whats the easiest way to get there?
