Is it fine to take alcohol the day after I took Azithromycin?

I took one dose of Azithromycin and then had a party the next day at night and had alcohol. I have some kind of penile infection. The doctor never told me about taking alcohol nor the information about alcohol on Azithromycin. Is my antibiotic still effective inside me? http://bit.ly/nF82Px
