Any suggestions for an adult baby costume?

I want to be a baby for Halloween, but I’m not sure how I should portray this. I was thinking maybe feetie pajamas, but I wouldn’t want to ruin them walking around. Any suggestions? Thanks for the answers! http://bit.ly/qrKM05
