How do I get aol.com to unblock me?

I did something crazy (I did not log-in on my mail with the wrong password, it is something else so aol.com blocked me) on aol.com so they blocked me. I cannot get on aol.com at all so I cannot get my email on aol.com. How do I get aol.com to unblock me or how long [...] http://bit.ly/mTLkHY
